PROREIT was cofounded in 2013 by CEO James W. Beckerleg and CFO Gordon Lawlor, with the goal of building a mid-cap, diversified commercial REIT in Canada. PROREIT started with one property and has grown rapidly, with a portfolio of over 90 high-quality properties in regions across Canada today.
We have built our portfolio of assets with the objective of diversifying our properties, both in terms of asset class and geography. We are now present in almost all Canadian provinces, with a strong focus on Eastern and Central Canada. With our increased scale and growing profile, we now have access to properties within larger Canadian urban centres.
We have a clear vision for the future, and we are dedicated to generating consistent income while creating long-term value to the benefit of our stakeholders.
